The TrendPulse Consultancy is an additional service which offers dedicated and personal support to clients when they have more bespoke needs.

By working closely with retailers, manufacturers and brands, we are able to identify key design directions that are specific to a particular product or range.

We work across all product groups within the home environment sector such as: bed, bath, tabletop, gifts, kitchen, textiles, stationery and toiletries.

In effect, we become an extra pair of ‘eyes and ears’ for you when we are out on our travels.

We can work up to 24 months in advance of the season, to allow for development and manufacturing lead times.

We can deliver our findings face to face, for download, or via packs of posted information. Most clients prefer our work presented on boards – a format that they find the most inspirational to use as a tactile and visual tool.

Some previous Trend Pulse Studio projects:

We worked with a European technology company translating current trends in colour, materials and product design. The themes were then used throughout the design process as the DNA of the product life-cycle.

We produced a large tailored-trends package to help direct a company who were launching a new cleaning product online. The brief asked us to look at directional themes that would ensure the product would sit attractively on a kitchen work surface rather than be hidden away in a cupboard.

We have produced specific trends for seasonal markets (Christmas, Easter, Mothers Day, Halloween). We include actual material samples where appropriate for specific direction product types (textiles, material types and finishes).

We’ve helped a few companies developing new brand and graphic identities aimed at a particular market segment or a whole new market. We provide evidence of the themes we propose using examples from the marketplace and original design work by TrendPulse.
